Donor Choice Program
Christ's Home is a 501(c)3 charitable organization. Gifts are deductible to the full extent of the law for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to Christ's Home can be made using the form below or sent directly to either of the two addresses listed at the bottom of the page. Christ's Home is qualified member of and participant in the United Way Donor Choice Program. You may contribute to United Way through payroll deduction or by giving an outright gift. Please be sure to ask for a Donor Choice Form. In the Southeastern PA (Delaware Valley region only) our number is: 00981. All other regions must use our national number: 007689.
